In 1978 our company was founded by James Hartman on the idea that Bigger doesn't always mean Better.  Since then, our Utility Service and Operation company has served our customers with their best interest at heart. Even if it went against our bottom line.  This principle has served us and our customers well for almost 40 years and has created personal relationships with our customers.  The idea that Business is Business doesn't always work if you are not a future 500 company.

Now we are looking to continue that principle into a new generation with Mike Hartman leading the way.
